Maybe group sessions in a busy gym environment aren’t your thing? Maybe you’d prefer a more personal service? Or perhaps you want the added benefit of learning from a Personal Trainer in conjunction with regular group sessions… At 21st Centrury Leisure we offer one-on-one tailor made sessions with ongoing coaching and support from your desired Personal Trainer. You and your trainer have access to all circuit equipment and we have a number of experienced Personal Trainers to choose from, both male and female. We will help you to define your own personal goals, develop diet and nutrition plans which are tracked throughout, and we provide regular reviews to monitor body statistics and client performance. We keep a constant eye on form, technique and range of movement, recognising that it’s easy to pick up bad habits and unnecessary injuries. With this level of focus, we can ensure that you’re moving towards your expected results in the most efficient way possible. We also offer Group Personal Training; a great way to train with friends, family or loved ones, with a dedicated Personal Trainer to ensure that you’re all on track to achieve your goals.
